his studies started him in a Zoology direction which soon changed as he completed his M.SC in Botany focusing on environmental ecology. This ultimately led him to horticulture and also his current occupation at T&G Cover Crops. “My role as Assistant Grower Manager is both a challenging and rewarding position. Utilising my skills and training to ensure top quality fruit alongside production volumes for market demands. Horticulture is an ever changing field. Moving forward and adapting or overcoming problems makes horticulture one of the most exciting and nerve racking fields to work in”.<br />
